Healthy habits you should add to daily routine
Always take care of these things according to Ayurveda:
- Drink water at least 40 minutes before eat,and drink water after 60-90 minutes of eat.
- Never eat any food kept in the cold refrigerators.avoid it
- Never drink ice water.
- Drink 2-3 glasses of water in empty stomach in the morning.
- Avoid drink water with while consuming food.

- Never eat food while talk,do not watch television while eat.
- avoid eating while standing.
- Always eat food less than hunger.
- never use refined oil in food ,Always use mustard oil or peanut oil in food.BENEFITS:Diabetes and heart attack can be avoided.
- Urinate immediately after eating food.BENEFITS; diabetes can be avoided
- Eat seasonal vegetables and fruits,do not eat non seasonal fruit and vegetables.
- avoid Curd and cucumber in night time.
- Try not to eat fried food,If you still want to eat, eat it in the morning.
- Always bathed with ordinary water,Always wash the first head while bathing and then feet then whole body.
- Maida, Sugar ,Salt=white toxin
- Do not sleep after eating at least for 1 hour.
- Never consume food again and again,eat once in time.
- Eat cooked food within 45 minutes of cooking.
- The food made inside the pressure cooker is similar to the slow poison.
- Do not eat outside food during the rainy season.
